Additional services at the warehouse

Warehouse services with an incoming package

General questions

• How to order the service?

  You can order the service in your account: open the incoming package card and select the one you need. If it's important for you to have something specific checked or measured, write that in the comment to the order. We will start processing the order, and when everything is done, the service status will change and the result will appear in the same card.

• How quickly are services performed?

  We try to perform the services on the same business day. If you need it faster, select urgent processing when ordering; it costs more: 3 photos for $7.99, 10 photos for $10.99, video for $9.99, photo on the scales for $4.99, package split for $5.99.

• Why order photos of the contents?

  Content photos are ordered when you don’t remember exactly what arrived, or want to check whether the store included everything. Photos are also convenient for filling out the declaration: you can see the brand, quantity, and type of item. If there are many items and details matter, choose 10 photos; 3 are enough for a regular check.

• What does the photo on the scales show?

  The photo on the scales shows your package on the scales together with the reading, that is, it confirms the weight with which the package arrived at the warehouse. The service is usually ordered when the weight differs from expectations and it needs to be clarified before consolidation.

• What can be understood from the unboxing video?

  The unboxing video shows the condition of the item and packaging at the moment when we open the box and take out the contents. We film in HD. This service is especially useful for electronics and expensive purchases, when it is important to document the condition in which the item arrived at the warehouse.

• Can the item be measured before shipping?

  It is possible to measure the item before shipping: we’ll go over it with a tape measure or measure the shoe insole and send you the result. This way, you’ll understand whether the size fits while the package is still in the USA and the item can still be returned to the store.

• Why split an incoming package?

  It makes sense to split an incoming package when the store sent everything in one box, but it’s more convenient for you to ship it in parts: some items are urgent, and the rest can wait for the next shipment. We will divide the contents into separate incoming packages, and then you can assemble different shipments from them.

• How do I combine multiple incoming packages?

  You can combine several incoming packages while assembling a shipment for delivery: order consolidation, and we will pack the contents into one. The service is free; it is used when the store sent the order in several boxes.

• How to arrange a return of goods to the store?

  We can process a product return to the store for you for $10: we will prepare the package and hand it over to the carrier using the store's label. You will need to get the return label from the store yourself and upload it to us. The store will refund the money for the product directly to you, according to its own rules.

• What does it mean to dispose of a package and how much does it cost?

  Disposing of a package means removing it from the warehouse, and it is free of charge. The service is needed when you no longer need the item, and there is no point in paying for shipping or storage. It will no longer be possible to restore a disposed package, so it is better not to change your decision on the fly.

• Can I cancel an ordered service?

  You can cancel an ordered service as long as we haven’t completed it: open the package card and cancel the order, the money will be returned to your balance. If the warehouse has already started working, it won’t be possible to cancel.

• What services can the warehouse perform with my package?

  The warehouse can perform the following services for your incoming package:

  • 3 photos of the contents, $5;
  • 10 photos of the contents, $8;
  • HD unboxing video, $7;
  • photo of the package on the scales, $2;
  • photo of the address label, $1;
  • measurement of the item with a tape measure, $3;
  • measurement of the shoe insole, $3;
  • splitting one incoming package into several, $3;
  • combining several incoming packages into one, free;
  • processing a product return to the store, $10;

  You will see the cost before confirmation, the money will be deducted from your balance.
